Stripe + Agency Pilot

Connect your agency's own Stripe account with Stripe Connect. Clients pay their invoices from the portal through Stripe Checkout, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account — Agency Pilot never holds it.

Stripe at a glance

What it does
Online invoice payment in the client portal, saving a card with the client's consent, and charging a saved card.
Set up
Settings → Payments → Connect with Stripe. You sign in to your own Stripe account.
Where the money goes
Directly to your Stripe account. Stripe's standard fees apply.

Invoices clients can actually pay

Invoices are numbered and tracked per client, show in the client's portal with a Pay now button, and update when Stripe confirms the payment. Overdue invoices surface in Mission Control so nobody has to chase them from a spreadsheet.

Disconnecting

    Settings → Payments → Disconnect, or remove Agency Pilot from your Stripe dashboard's connected platforms.

Is my Agency Pilot subscription billed the same way?
Your own subscription and credit packs are billed by Agency Pilot through Stripe too, separately from the invoices you send clients.
