Agency Pilot

Comparison

Agency Pilot vs GoHighLevel

These two tools get compared a lot, and they should not be. One is a marketing platform you resell. The other runs the delivery side of an agency that is already winning work.

GoHighLevel is an all-in-one marketing platform: CRM, funnels, email and SMS sending, calls, and a white-label mode that lets you resell the whole thing to your clients as your own software. It is enormous, and the breadth is the point.

Agency Pilot is narrower on purpose. It handles the work you do after a client signs: onboarding, the client record, SOPs and recurring tasks, local ranking measurement on a geo grid, reporting, and a portal the client logs into. It sends one-to-one texts, calls and emails through your own Twilio or GoHighLevel numbers and mailboxes, but it does not send bulk marketing email, build funnels or resell as white-label software.

So the real question is not which is better. It is whether you want a platform to resell, or a system to run delivery in. Plenty of agencies run GoHighLevel for client marketing and something like Agency Pilot for their own operations — those are different jobs.

Choose GoHighLevel if

  • You want to resell the software to your clients under your own brand. That is what SaaS Mode on their Agency Pro plan exists for, and Agency Pilot has no equivalent.
  • You need to send the marketing itself — email campaigns, SMS, calls — from the same place you manage the client. GoHighLevel does that; we do not.
  • You run a high volume of sub-accounts and contacts. Their Unlimited plan at $297/mo puts no cap on either, which is hard to beat if raw volume is your constraint.
  • You want funnels, landing pages and a site builder bundled in rather than bought separately.
  • You need HIPAA compliance, which they list on their Enterprise tier.

Choose Agency Pilot if

  • Local search is what you actually sell. A geo grid scan shows where a business ranks across a map rather than at one abstract point, and it is built into the product rather than bolted on.
  • You want your clients to log in and see their own work without seeing anyone else's, or anything you have not chosen to show them.
  • Your problem is delivery, not lead generation. Onboarding that collects what you need, SOPs that turn into real tasks, and reporting that writes itself.
  • You want to be running by the end of the afternoon. Breadth has a cost, and the cost is setup time.
  • You are under ten clients and $97/mo for three sub-accounts does not fit yet.
