Subprocessors

These categories of providers process personal data on our behalf to deliver the Service, under contracts that limit what they can do with it. For security reasons we do not publish providers' names. Customers can obtain the current named list on request, under confidentiality, by emailing [email protected]. The Data Processing Addendum explains how we notify customers of changes.

Platforms you connect
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and the e-commerce, website, CRM, mailbox and telephony accounts you connect are services you or your clients choose and contract with directly. They are not our subprocessors. Agency Pilot sends them data only when you use a feature that does so, for example sending a text through a number you connected or a sale to your client's Google Ads account.
