Everyone starts with a free 14-day trial. Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups and trials as they happen.

You earn recurring commission
When the customer pays for their first base subscription, they are yours, and you earn 25% of each base subscription payment for as long as the account stays active.
Commission
What you earn, plainly
You earn 25% recurring commission for the life of the customer's active account. It is calculated on the base monthly subscription only, on the amount the customer actually pays, before tax.
Commission is not paid on add-ons, credit packs, upsells, setup fees, usage, services or taxes.
Discounts reduce the base, so they reduce the commission. For example:

Amounts are illustrative. The commission on any payment is 25% of the base subscription actually collected.
Attribution
Who gets credit for a sign-up
Attribution is last click within 90 days. Each click on an affiliate link starts a 90-day window, and a newer click from a different affiliate replaces the earlier one.
The referral is locked at the customer's first paid subscription. From then on the customer stays with that affiliate, even if they cancel and come back.
Example
- Day 1: the visitor clicks Affiliate A's link.
- Day 20: the same visitor clicks Affiliate B's link.
- Day 35: they make their first paid subscription payment.
Affiliate B's click was the most recent one and was still inside its 90 days, so Affiliate B earns the commission.
Payouts and rules
Monthly payouts, straight rules
- Paid monthly. Commission for a calendar month is paid on the 15th of the next month, Eastern time.
- No self-referrals. You cannot earn commission on your own account or on an account you own or control.
- Only real, paid revenue counts. Refunded, charged-back, failed or fraudulent payments, and complimentary accounts, do not earn commission.
- Honest promotion. No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on our brand name in paid search, and no incentivised or fake sign-ups.

Affiliate questions
What do I earn commission on?
25% of the base monthly subscription that the customer actually pays, after any discount and before tax. Add-ons, credit packs, upsells, setup fees, usage, services and taxes do not earn commission.
How long does the commission last?
For as long as the customer's account stays active and keeps paying its base subscription. If a customer cancels and later comes back, the account stays linked to you.
How does the 90-day window work?
When someone clicks your link, we remember it for 90 days. If they click another affiliate's link within that time, the most recent click wins. The referral is locked to an affiliate when the customer makes their first paid base subscription payment, and it never changes after that.
When and how am I paid?
Commission for a calendar month is paid on the 15th of the following month (Eastern time). Payouts are made by the method we agree with you when you are approved.
Can I refer myself?
No. Signing up your own agency, or one you own or control, through your own link earns nothing. See the affiliate terms for the full list of what is not allowed.
What happens if a customer gets a refund or disputes a payment?
Commission on a refunded, charged-back, reversed or failed payment is removed. If it was already recorded, it is deducted from your unpaid balance or from future commissions. If a dispute is decided in our favour, the commission is put back.
Do discounts change what I earn?
Yes, because commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays. That includes the founding-agency discount, so a discounted account earns a smaller commission than a full-price one.
Who can join?
Anyone can apply, whether or not you are an Agency Pilot customer. We approve applications individually and may decline any that do not fit the program.
