Choose a plan around your client workload

Review client capacity, user limits, credit allowance and add-ons together. A large credit bundle alone does not describe an agency’s full cost. Use the published pricing table and model the scans and reports you expect to run. Confirm the trial’s card and billing terms before signup.

Distinguish measurement from implementation

Geo grids, keyword research and audits help investigate visibility and prioritize work. They do not guarantee rankings or automatically correct every website and directory. Keep implementation tasks, approvals and verification with the client record so a report reflects completed work accurately.

Use the right place for support

The help center covers setup, scans, report sharing and assistant connections. For a specific account issue, contact support with the feature, approximate time, expected result and a report identifier if available. Do not include passwords or private access tokens in the message.

Frequently asked questions

Is Agency Pilot only a local SEO tool?

No. It also includes client records, projects, tasks, onboarding, reporting, invoicing and other agency workflows. The feature catalog explains the current scope.

Do branded reports use my custom domain?

The documented SEO reports use agency branding on Agency Pilot share links. Do not assume that branding includes custom-domain hosting or a fully resold white-label platform.

Does every action consume credits?

No. The pricing page describes metered examples. A paid action shows its configured cost in the app, while some reports summarize existing records without fresh provider calls.

Can my clients use the portal?

The client portal presents the information and reports made available to the client. Review visibility and permissions before sharing rather than assuming every internal record is exposed.

Can I keep another specialist SEO tool?

Yes. Evaluate which tool performs each job and count only subscriptions you can actually retire. Agency Pilot’s client-delivery workflow can coexist with specialist services.
