What it does
Two-way SMS and calls through your GoHighLevel numbers, inbound messages matched to the client by phone, and attribution on LeadConnector forms.

Settings → Integrations → GoHighLevel. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Attribution
The tracking script tags GoHighLevel / LeadConnector form iframes so leads carry click IDs, UTMs and the keyword.

Conversations that stay with the client

Inbound texts and calls arrive through a signed webhook and are matched to the client by phone number, so they show up in that client's conversation thread next to email and portal tickets. Replies you send from Agency Pilot go out through your GoHighLevel number.

GHL forms that know where the lead came from

LeadConnector forms load in an iframe, which normally strips the ad click and UTM parameters from the lead. The Agency Pilot tracking script passes them into the form, so the lead that lands in GoHighLevel — and in Agency Pilot — carries the gclid or fbclid, the campaign, the keyword and the landing page.

Where each tool fits

GoHighLevel is excellent at funnels, email campaigns and SaaS-mode resale. Agency Pilot is built for the agency's side: getting access to every client account, Mission Control across all clients, geo grid rank tracking and SEO audits, revenue attribution, click-fraud protection and branded reporting. Many agencies run both.

No. Messaging also works with your own Twilio account, and lead capture works with any site or form through the tracking script.
