Agency Pilot vs Local Falcon
Local Falcon is a specialist geo-grid rank tracker, and it's good at it. Agency Pilot runs geo grids too — on Maps, the Local Finder and organic results, to the top 100 — and then puts them inside the system you run the whole client in.
Choose Agency Pilot if…
you want geo grids, audits and reports in the same place as the client's access, leads, revenue attribution and portal — or you need organic and Local Finder scans, circular grids, or search depth beyond the top 20.
Choose Local Falcon if…
you only need rank scans and want the lowest price per grid point, or you rely on Apple Maps tracking, their range of AI platforms, their API, MCP and Looker Studio connectors, or Falcon Guard profile-change monitoring.
Local Falcon charges one credit per grid point and sells big credit bundles cheaply. For an agency whose need is "run thousands of Maps scans and export them", that is hard to beat on price. Scans read Google Maps (and Apple Maps), grids are square, and rankings are measured to position 20.
Agency Pilot's geo grid runs three separate searches — Google Maps, the Local Finder (Google Places) and organic Google results — from every point, on square grids or circular ring grids, with the search depth you choose up to the top 100. Hidden-address service-area businesses are matched by their Maps listing ID, and every point has a verify link so you can check the result yourself.
The larger difference is everything around the scan. The scan belongs to a client record that also holds their access, leads, sold jobs and conversations. A competitor taking the top three triggers an alert. The same scan feeds a branded report that tells you when the prospect opens it. And the client can log in to see it.

Local Falcon pricing (checked September 26, 2026)
One credit is one grid point, so an 8×8 scan uses 64 credits. All plans include unlimited keywords and locations.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $24.99 | 7,500 | $299.88 | ≈ $0.21 |
| Basic | $49.99 | 15,150 | $599.88 | ≈ $0.21 |
| Pro | $99.99 | 31,250 | $1,199.88 | ≈ $0.20 |
| Premium | $199.99 | 63,150 | $2,399.88 | ≈ $0.20 |
| Enterprise | $499–$4,999 | 159,500–1,668,000 | $5,988–$59,988 | ≈ $0.19–$0.20 |
- Pay-as-you-go credits are $0.05 each. Falcon AI analysis adds 25 credits per report. Falcon Guard is $0.10 per location per month; AI Reviews Analysis is $19 per location per report.
- White-label reports are on Premium only. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Agency Pilot pricing
Plans include the agency platform plus credits for scans, audits and reports. A standard 61-point Google Maps scan is 25 credits (49 for fast delivery); a 61-point Google Search scan is 43.
| Plan | Monthly | Credits / month | About per credit | 61-point Maps scan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | $49/mo | 1,500 | 3.3¢ | ≈ $0.82 |
| Agency (10 clients) | $149/mo | 3,000 | 5.0¢ | ≈ $1.24 |
| Powerhouse | $397/mo | 25,000 | 1.6¢ | ≈ $0.40 |
- 14-day trial with 300 credits. Top-ups from $49 for 1,100 credits never expire.
Cost per scan, and what the plan includes
If raw scan volume is all you buy, Local Falcon is cheaper per scan. Agency Pilot costs more per scan because the same subscription is your client onboarding, CRM, attribution, reporting and portal.
| Local Falcon Pro | Agency Pilot Agency plan (10 clients) | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | $99.99 | $149 |
| ~60-point Maps scans a month | ≈ 488 (8×8) | ≈ 120 (61-point) |
| Scan types per point | Maps (plus Apple and AI grids) | Maps, Local Finder and Google Search, each its own scan |
| Monthly client report per client | White label on Premium ($199.99) | Progress Report, 150 credits |
| Client onboarding, CRM, portal, attribution | Not included | Included |
A typical client month on Agency Pilot — five keywords on a 61-point Maps scan plus a Progress Report — is 275 credits, which is why each block of 10 clients on the Agency plan brings 3,000.
The honest version
Where Agency Pilot goes further
Three views of the same map
Maps, Local Finder and organic results from the same grid, linked together, so you can see when a client wins the map but loses the blue links (or the other way round).
Depth you choose
Measure to the top 100 instead of stopping at 20, and see exactly where a business sits when it's outside the pack.
Circular grids
Ring grids follow a real service radius without switching points off by hand.
Numbers you can check
Every point has a verify link and a reference ID, and averages say exactly how not-found points are counted.
Reports that sell
The Sales Report and Prospect Scorecard turn a scan into a pitch with missed-revenue estimates, and you're told the moment a prospect opens it.
The client comes with it
Access, leads, sold jobs, conversations, Mission Control and a portal — the scan isn't an island.
When Local Falcon is the better choice
- You only need rank scans and want the lowest cost per grid point, at very high volume.
- You track Apple Maps, or need AI tracking across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and Grok as one grid.
- You pipe data into your own stack through their API, MCP server, Looker Studio connector, Zapier or n8n.
- You want Business Profile change monitoring (Falcon Guard) at $0.10 per location.
- You need a very large radius — up to 100 miles — from a single center point.
Moving from Local Falcon
- 1
Add each client (or send them an onboarding link) so their Business Profile, Google Ads and Analytics are connected.
- 2
Re-run your key keywords on the same center point and grid size. Start with Maps; add Local Finder and organic for the keywords that matter most.
- 3
Set up a monthly Geo-Grid Visibility Report or Progress Report for each client, so history builds from the first month.
- 4
Keep your old Local Falcon exports for the historical trend line until Agency Pilot has a few months of its own.
Agency Pilot vs Local Falcon: questions
- Is Agency Pilot a Local Falcon alternative?
- For geo-grid rank tracking, yes — with Local Finder and organic scans, circular grids and search depth to the top 100 that Local Falcon doesn't offer. It also covers the agency side Local Falcon doesn't: onboarding, CRM, attribution and a client portal.
- Which is cheaper per scan?
- Local Falcon, if you only compare the price of grid points — roughly $0.20 for a 64-point scan against about $0.50–$0.83 for a 61-point scan on Agency Pilot. Agency Pilot's plans include the rest of the platform, so the fair comparison is Local Falcon plus the CRM, reporting and portal tools you'd otherwise pay for.
- Does Agency Pilot have Share of Local Voice?
- The equivalent measure is top-3 coverage: the share of grid points where the business ranks in the top three. SoLV® is Local Falcon's trademark for their version.
- What does average rank mean in Agency Pilot?
- The scan view averages the points where the business was found. The scan report also gives an overall average where a not-found point counts as one position beyond your search depth, so the number is never ambiguous.
- Can clients see their scans?
- Yes, through geo-grid reports you mark visible in their portal, or a public share link.
