Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone using Agency Pilot — agencies, their team members and their clients' portal users. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask us first at [email protected].

Access and accounts

• Don't request, connect or use access to any account you or your client aren't authorised to share, or at a higher level than the work requires.
• Don't keep using access granted through an onboarding link after the client has withdrawn permission.
• Don't share logins, create accounts to evade limits or a suspension, or impersonate another person or business.
• Don't create more than one account to get extra free trials or credits.
• Don't access the Service as, or for, a direct competitor without our written consent.

Messaging

• Don't send spam, or texts, calls or emails to people who haven't consented where consent is required.
• Don't send messages that break the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules or similar laws, or that are deceptive or harassing.
• Don't record calls without telling every party and getting the consent the law requires where each of them is.

Tracking, recording and data

• Don't install the tracking script on a website you aren't authorised to modify, or without the notices and consents the law requires.
• Don't turn on session recording or typed-text capture for visitors in places where the law requires their consent unless you obtain it first. See section 8 of the Terms.
• Don't use session recording or typed-text capture to collect passwords, payment details, health information, government ID numbers or other sensitive data you have no lawful basis to collect.
• Don't use the Service on websites directed at children.
• Don't use fraud signals or visitor data to identify, track or harass individuals, or for any purpose other than protecting and measuring the website.
• Don't upload data you have no right to process, or use the Service to build lists for resale.

The Service itself

• Don't probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission; report issues as described on the security page.
• Don't overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or use it to distribute malware.
• Don't scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without an agreement with us.
• Don't try to get around credit charges, plan limits or rate limits.
• Don't use AI features to create content that is deceptive, defamatory or infringes someone's rights.
• Don't connect an AI app to Client data you aren't allowed to share with that app's provider.
• Don't use the Service to create, buy, gate or suppress reviews, or to misrepresent a business's location or services.
• Don't use the Service in a way that breaks the terms of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat or other connected platforms.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features or accounts, or end the agreement if this policy is broken, with notice where reasonable. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
