Choose a workflow to demonstrate

A useful demo follows one job from input to completion. Select a new client access request, a local visibility investigation or a monthly report. Describe your current tools, the people involved and the step that causes the most rework. This gives the discussion a concrete outcome instead of a tour of unrelated screens.

Prepare the evaluation questions

Identify the required connections, client count, reporting format and permission boundaries. Ask how the process handles a missing account, incomplete data or a failed scheduled run. Confirm the plan and any metered usage needed for the example. Use sample information unless the team has agreed how to handle real client data.

Request a time and keep the follow-up concrete

Use the email link to send your preferred time zone, available times and the workflow you want to review. Opening the link does not book a meeting or submit a form; the request is sent when you send the email. After the walkthrough, retain the demonstrated result, unresolved questions and the next evaluation step.

Frequently asked questions

Does clicking the request button reserve a time?

No. It opens a prepared email to the Agency Pilot support address. A meeting is confirmed only after a time is agreed.

Do I need to share client credentials?

No. Do not send passwords or tokens. Describe the workflow and use representative information for the initial discussion.

Can I evaluate the product myself?

Yes. Review the help guides and current trial terms. Start with one client workflow and inspect its output before expanding the evaluation.
