About
Built from the inside of an agency
Agency Pilot is made by people who run this work, not by a software company guessing at it.
Running a marketing agency means holding a lot of unrelated things in your head at once. What is due for which client this week. Whether the ranking actually moved or the client just looked on their phone at home. Which onboarding step is stuck waiting on account access nobody chased. Who was supposed to send the invoice.
The usual answer is more software: a CRM, a project tool, a rank tracker, a scheduler, a reporting product, a portal, a wiki for process. Seven subscriptions, seven logins, and none of them aware of the others. The client record in the CRM does not know about the project. The rank tracker does not know which client it is tracking for. The report has to be assembled by hand every month from four places.
Agency Pilot is the other approach — put it in one system, so the geo grid scan belongs to a client, the client has projects, the projects produce the report, and the client can open the report themselves. The work stops being spread across tabs and starts being one thing.
It is still being built, in the open, against real client work. Things ship when they are useful rather than when a roadmap says so.
How it is built
Four decisions that shape everything else
Built by people running an agency
Agency Pilot comes out of running local SEO and service-business marketing day to day. Every feature started as something that was being done by hand, badly, in a spreadsheet.
One platform, not seven tabs
Most agency software solves one slice and assumes you will buy the rest elsewhere. The cost of that is not the subscriptions, it is that nothing knows about anything else. So this is one system.
Isolation is a database problem
Multi-tenant software gets client separation wrong by enforcing it in the interface. Here it is row-level security in Postgres, so the boundary holds whether or not the screen is hiding the button.
Usage priced by usage
Research tools cost real money per call. Charging every agency a flat enterprise rate for capacity most never touch is how the rest of the market works. Credits mean a two-person shop pays like a two-person shop.
Missing something you need?
Feature requests from agencies actually doing the work are how most of this got built. If there is a gap between Agency Pilot and your workflow, say so.
