Open the app and sign in with Google or your Agency Pilot email.

Pick what to record
Screen, window or camera only, with your mic and camera bubble. A 3-2-1 countdown and you're live.

Stop and share
The video uploads on its own. Copy the link, or open it in Agency Pilot to tag the client.
Desktop app questions
- What does the desktop app do?
- It records your screen, one window or just your camera, with your voice and an optional camera bubble, and uploads the video to Videos in Agency Pilot. You get a share link the moment it's done.
- Which Macs does it run on?
- macOS 12 Monterey or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. It's signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens like any other app.
- Is there a Windows version?
- Windows is coming soon.
- Does it cost extra?
- No. The app is free to download; sign in with your Agency Pilot account and your recordings go to your agency's Videos library.
- Who can watch my videos?
- Only your team, until you turn on sharing for a video. Share links can be switched off or given an expiry at any time, and you're told the first time someone opens one.
