Agency Pilot vs Leadsie

Both send your client one link that gets your agency into their Google and Meta accounts without passwords. The difference is what happens next: Leadsie's job ends when access is granted. Agency Pilot's starts there.

Choose Agency Pilot if…

you want client access to be the first step of one system — the same connection feeding Mission Control, client dashboards, geo grid rank tracking, SEO audits, lead attribution and a client portal — instead of one more subscription that stops at the handshake.

Choose Leadsie if…

access is the only thing you need software for, you want the onboarding page white-labelled on your own domain or in eight languages, or you rely on platforms Agency Pilot doesn't cover yet, like Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, X, Klaviyo or HubSpot.

Leadsie is a focused access-request tool, and a good one. You send a link, the client connects Meta, Google, TikTok and a long list of other platforms, and your agency is added. It is priced by how many new clients connect each month.

Agency Pilot's onboarding link does the same core job across Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Business Profile, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, YouTube, Meta ad accounts and Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Shopify and website platforms. You choose the access level per platform, owner is never offered, and the client sees exactly what they're agreeing to.

Then the connection keeps working. The Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile and Meta accounts the client just connected start filling their dashboard and your Mission Control within the hour. Their listing is ready for geo grid scans and a Business Profile audit. Their leads get tagged with the ad click that produced them. And the client gets a portal and the LeadPulse app to see it all.

Agency Pilot pricing

Every plan includes onboarding links alongside client management, Mission Control and the client portal; the Agency plan adds attribution, conversion tracking, the LeadPulse app, chat, webhooks and AI app connections. Plans are priced by how many clients you manage, and credits pay for scans, audits and reports.

  • On Agency, each block of 10 clients above 10 adds $70/mo and 3,000 credits, up to 40 clients.

What a month costs, side by side

The two price on different things: Leadsie on new clients connecting each month, Agency Pilot on the clients you manage. Leadsie's price covers access requests; Agency Pilot's covers access plus the platform around it and the credits to run scans and reports.

AgencyLeadsieAgency PilotWhat Agency Pilot adds for that price
Up to 5 clientsStarter — $59/moFreelancer — $49/moCRM, Mission Control, client portal and payments, 1,500 credits a month
10 clients, onboarding ~3 a monthStarter — $59/moAgency — $149/moAll of the above for 10 clients and unlimited users, plus attribution, the LeadPulse app and chat, 3,000 credits

If you already pay separately for a rank tracker, a reporting tool and a client portal, those costs belong in the Leadsie column too.

The honest version

Where Agency Pilot goes further

Access that gets used

The connections from the link feed Mission Control, each client's dashboard and portal, geo grid scans and audits the same day. No second setup in another tool.

Meta ad accounts without the manual part

The client ticks the ad account in Meta's own dialog and your business portfolio is assigned as a partner. Nothing to copy, no Business ID to hunt for.

You set the role, per platform

Analyst on GA4, Edit on Tag Manager, Manager on Business Profile, Standard on Google Ads. The client sees each one before connecting, and owner is never on the menu.

No guessing, no over-granting

If a login reaches several properties or ad accounts, nothing is granted until the right one is picked.

Every event on the record

Opens, connections, grants and completions are logged per link, and admins are notified when a link completes or a prospect signs up.

A reason to stay after onboarding

Lead attribution, sold-job ROAS, click-fraud protection, branded reports that tell you when they're opened — the work you do for the client lives in the same place as the access.

When Leadsie is the better choice

  • You only need access requests and already have tools you're happy with for everything else.
  • You want the onboarding page white-labelled or embedded on your own domain — Agency Pilot shows your agency's name, but not on a custom domain.
  • Your clients need the request in Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
  • You need Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, X, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Yelp access on the same link today.
  • You want the tool to create missing Meta assets (portfolios, ad accounts, pixels) for the client while they connect, or to find who controls a Meta asset with their Access Detective.
  • You run influencer whitelisting at volume.

Moving from Leadsie

  1. 1

Access you already have stays where it is — it was granted inside Google and Meta, not inside Leadsie.

  2. 2

In Agency Pilot, set your agency's Google login and Meta Business ID once under Onboarding → Connected accounts.

  3. 3

For existing clients, send a view-level link with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile and Meta on it. They sign in once and reporting starts; no new access is requested if you already have it.

  4. 4

Use reusable links for new prospects and put the link in your proposal or sign-up flow.

Agency Pilot vs Leadsie: questions

Is Agency Pilot a Leadsie alternative?
Yes for the core job — one link that gets your agency into a client's Google, Meta and other accounts without passwords. It also includes the CRM, reporting, rank tracking, attribution and client portal that Leadsie leaves to other tools.
Which is cheaper?
For access alone at small volumes, they're close: Leadsie Starter is $59 a month and the Agency Pilot Freelancer plan is $49 for 5 clients. As you grow, Leadsie stays cheaper for access requests alone, while Agency Pilot's price also replaces your reporting, rank tracking and portal subscriptions and includes credits to run them.
Does Agency Pilot charge per client connection?
No. Plans are priced by the number of clients you manage, not how many connect each month, and reusable links can take many sign-ups.
Can I keep using Leadsie with Agency Pilot?
Yes. Access granted through Leadsie lives in the platforms themselves, so Agency Pilot can report on those accounts once the client connects for reporting.
Is my clients' data safe?
Clients sign in on each platform's own page; tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser; each link only asks for the permissions its platforms need. The security page lists every permission we request and why.
